Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Since many of our products are handmade, certain personalized or made-to-order items may require additional production time.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking information (where available).
Production Time
Many of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Depending on the product and customization requirements:
- Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days
- Handmade or personalized items: 3–7 business days
Production times may vary during festive seasons or periods of high demand.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.
We may occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable).
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Carrier delays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
We appreciate your patience and understanding should delays occur.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for redelivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple handmade products, items may be shipped separately depending on availability and production schedules. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
